2.3. Late payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
2.4. Refund policies are as outlined in the enrollment agreement and are subject to specific terms and conditions.
2.5. Additional fees may apply for extracurricular activities, materials, or special programs.
3.1. Students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress and attendance.
3.2. Our curriculum follows CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement) standards for Grades 4-12.
3.3. Students must meet minimum attendance requirements to remain enrolled.
3.4. Assessment and examination policies are communicated to students and parents at the beginning of each academic year.
3.5. Academic records and reports are provided according to our assessment schedule.
4.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
4.2. Bullying, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4.3. Students must comply with our code of conduct and disciplinary policies.
4.4. Violation of conduct policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
4.5. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child understands and adheres to behavioral expectations.
5.1. Students are required to have access to appropriate technology and internet connectivity for online learning.
5.2. Students must use technology responsibly and in accordance with our acceptable use policy.
5.3. The school is not responsible for technical issues arising from student equipment or internet connectivity.
5.4. Online sessions may be recorded for educational and safety purposes.
5.5. Students must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and not share access with others.
6.1. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students and families.
6.2. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6.3. Student records are maintained confidentially and shared only as required by law or with parental consent.
6.4. We may use student work and images for promotional purposes with appropriate consent.
6.5. Parents have the right to access their child's educational records in accordance with our policies.
7.1. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
7.2. Refund policies apply as specified in the enrollment agreement.
7.3. Withdrawal during an academic term may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
7.4. The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, misconduct, or other serious violations.
7.5. All school property and materials must be returned upon withdrawal.
8.1. All curriculum materials, course content, and educational resources are the property of Royal Diadem Hybrid Private School.
8.2. Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without authorization.
8.3. Student work remains the property of the student but may be used by the school for educational purposes.
9.1. While we strive to provide quality education, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.
9.2. The school is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment or use of our services.
9.3. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the relevant academic period.
9.4. We are not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2. Significant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians with reasonable notice.
10.3. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
